{"id":1786,"date":"2021-04-14T14:20:29","date_gmt":"2021-04-14T12:20:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/preprod.canto-conseil.com\/discover\/index.php\/histoire-d-une-crue\/"},"modified":"2022-10-30T07:58:33","modified_gmt":"2022-10-30T06:58:33","slug":"histoire-d-une-crue","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/alarencontre.de\/reyniesartdeco\/histoire-d-une-crue\/","title":{"rendered":"Histoire d&rsquo;une Crue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les inondations de mars 1930 dans le bassin du Tarn sont des inondations \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact d\u00e9vastateur survenues du 1er au 4 mars 1930 dans plusieurs d\u00e9partements du Sud-Ouest de la France, provenant d&rsquo;une crue centennale du Tarn, et des eaux de l&rsquo;Agout, de la Garonne, de l&rsquo;Aveyron, et dans une moindre mesure du Thor\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;Arnette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des milliers de maisons, des dizaines de ponts et de kilom\u00e8tres de routes et de voies ferr\u00e9es seront endommag\u00e9s ou d\u00e9truits ; on d\u00e9nombre des centaines de morts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Montauban, chef-lieu du Tarn-et-Garonne, Arthur Poncelet, Adolphe Poult, son ami Ren\u00e9 Bousquet et Marcel Lefranc sauveront des dizaines de personnes de la noyade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame d\u00e9partement, la ville de Moissac fut la plus touch\u00e9e par ces inondations d\u00e9vastatrices. Les d\u00e9partements de l&rsquo;Aude, du Lot-et-Garonne (dont notamment Agen) et du Tarn seront aussi particuli\u00e8rement atteints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements catastrophiques donn\u00e8rent lieu le 9 mars 1930 \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e de deuil national \u2014 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en France au xxe si\u00e8cle \u2014 apr\u00e8s que le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique d&rsquo;alors, Gaston Doumergue, lui-m\u00eame originaire du Midi de la France, s&rsquo;est rendu sur les lieux les jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;Andr\u00e9 Tardieu. Le Gouvernement fran\u00e7ais allouera une importante aide financi\u00e8re d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la reconstruction des zones d\u00e9vast\u00e9es, soutenue par une solidarit\u00e9 nationale mais aussi internationale (Yougoslavie, Pays-Bas, Maroc) notamment \u00e0 Moissac, commune la plus sinistr\u00e9e par ces inondations exceptionnelles d\u00e9crites comme la \u00ab crue du si\u00e8cle \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois Coty participera aux efforts en faisant construire quatre fermes mod\u00e8les con\u00e7ues par des architectes afin de r\u00e9sister aux futures inondations, les offrant en toute propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 des familles m\u00e9ritantes. Le pape Pie XI fait adresser un ch\u00e8que \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00eaque de Montauban d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la prise en charge des victimes.
